i wantt o go back to the other board and thank swany--i swear it is helping so much, i actually am out of made and cooking for the kids tonight..it might take a while..Since 8 o clock yesterday morning i have only had one darvecet...and 1/4 of a 5mg hydro., that is not ****..I don't feel good but better with music, oh and i took immodium and 1 clonodine at abut 10 this morning..
i need to start writing it down so i don't forget what i am doing and taking.

I have been listening to ALOT of music also!!! It has helped me soooooo much!!!! I was wondering if the music was actually helping with the endorphin thing goin on in my brain.... As soon as I turn it on, I INSTANTLY feel better, my mood improves ten fold, my boddy perks up and yea, I do start groovin....look silly, I know but I don't care!!!!! So wat do ya think???? You're so  right...music definately helps!  Listen all you can.  It helps to hear people sing about things we can relate to.  It's beauiful!  One I like to listen to, when I was using and especially when I'm not is John Lennon's "Cold Turkey"...that one sends chills down my spine.
