Wow!  I'm gone for 4 days and the format has changed!  I had a really hard time getting used to the forum after the "change" but now I just love it.  I thought this whole thing was so cool before, but now it's WAY cool. : )   I guess I'm following CaliGirls lead to say I won't be around as much in the near future.  I have a bunch of specialists I'm seeing to try and figure out why my hip and back hurt so much.  I'm also weaning down the mgs on my Xanax intake and feel a little disconnected and strange and not able to post the way I would like.  I have been on Xanax for sleep a very long time and thanks to this forum I know what to expect and how to wean without causing myself major w/ds.    

I am so grateful for this place because six months ago I had no idea so many other people felt like I do, have the same symptoms as I do and have the same struggles with life.  I was AMAZED when I first discovered this forum and I can't begin to say how much it changed my life to read other stories that were a reflection of my own.  You all have made me feel "normal" where I used to feel so alone.  

For all that are struggling, my heart goes out to you and for all who have found a way to control your anxiety, I am excited for you.  I read every post and the help I've received far outweighs any input on my part.  

Thank you Medhelp and thank you to every single person who has shared their life on these boards. You have helped me beyond words.

LOL no your not crazy Fmx,, mines been flipping back and forth between large fonts and small,, its odd. I like the big fonts because its alot easier to read without leaning tword the computer, a major source of my neck aches and probable cause of the last ruptured disc I had! But,,, then poooof it went back to small so Im leaning up again! :0)

I wish I had found this board while I was dealing with anxiety ,,, but Im glad to have found it now because I too have found myself thrilled not to see others are suffering too,,, but just to know I wasnt alone in these very strange sensations.

Lol.....the format change I was reffering to was specifically on the profile page, but now here it is 45mins later and it's back to normal?????   Sometimes I'll see changes on here one minute and the next they disappear!!  Maybe I'm hallucinating from the Xanax w/d  :)
