What can I do stop palpitation, heat, dry mouth,and purple lips?

Palpitations are the sensation of feeling your own heartbeat.- not sure you can change that...

Dry mouth may be helped by hydration.

As for purple lips, not sure.  Probably depends on the reason for the change in color.

If you are experiencing loss of color around the mouth, including "blue or purple lips" you will need to see a doctor immediately.  A purpling of this region indicates poor blood flow which can be caused by a myriad of reasons, some of which are dangerous.
