THIS IS A STRONG MESSAGE -- I AM SORRY.

You need help right away.  You are seriously ill and you could infect your child.

You need to go to the emergency room as soon as possible, even if you cannot afford it.  They will get someone to care for your baby until you are better and every public hospital is required to take in truly ill patients regardless of ability to pay.  If you have no way to get there, call 911 and ask for help or simply call a neighbor.

You can become dehydrated and have serious complications after being that ill for that long.  More important - it takes 5 to 10 days for a person to pass on a flu virus and you have been caring for your baby for at least that time while you were probably contagious.

If you are afraid of the ER for yourself, you must go for the sake of getting your baby checked.

Stop looking for excuses and get to the ER.

I APOLOGIZE FOR BEING HARSH, but someone needs to advocate for your baby in this.  You are not as rational as you would like to be because of your illness.

Please write back and tell us you are okay after you get help.

When you get sinus headaches it can cause pain in the back of your neck.A decongestant is the only thing that will make it go away. Are you coughing up anything, what color? Is your nose runny?Antibiotic sounds like your best bet.I had pneumonia for a couple of weeks took the z-pack,didn't help. Was put on Bactrim,it cleared up.Killed not only bad bacteria but all the good bacteria in my body as well,I was a mess.Go to the doctor before you get to that point.Hope you feel better..

You could have strep throat or a sinus infection or maybe you do have the flu.  You need to get to a doctor, that's the only way to find out.  This is more than just a cold.

I would definitely take a trip to your doctor. With those symptoms you probably have a fever that needs to be controlled first and then figure out what's going on.

Keep us posted.
