Hi jankar,

Your doing great at week 4 for this is the roughest time of treatment as the meds get up to maximum speed in your system. I had found that weeks 1 through 12 were the hardest because of the changes and adjustments both physically and mentally that ones system goes through during this time and working can be tough and it is good to have the support needed through supervision at your place of work. The journey is long and the road is going to be rough at times, just keep your spirit focused and keep moving forward knowing that this is a solo journey that others around you might not understand, of course, except those here on the forum, congrats on getting through the first 4 weeks.
