SO my friend weighs about 148 lbs and took 9 30 mg pills at about 10:30 - 11:00 then 6 more around 1am and another 5 - 7 at around 2am, while drinking. We brought him to the hospital about an hour or so later. Doctors check him for the basic heart rate and what not, which is a little high but just to be sure they want to do an iv. Him, not having insurance refused the $1000 iv because the doctor said he couldnt force him to stay but had to have a trusted ride home. So i come back to get him, he signs release forms and i take him home. He randomly with have a hard time breathing just for a few seconds and keeps grinding his teeth, and hasnt slept all night on top of still recoverying from the drinking. He had a rather bummer ecounter regarding his ex and stuff that same night which im sure added to the total situtation. I didnt find out until we got him home that he told the doctors he only had 6 or 7 and he took them at around 10:30, it was about 3am when he was telling them this. My friend has to go to work in a couple of hours and besides feeling like **** from a night of drinking and no sleep, still is doing his teeth griding a little and just overall tired. Should i be concerned about any latter effects of it since he didnt tell the doctors the whole story because he wanted to leave the hospital? He didnt have alot to eat that day, just a bowl of ramen and like a place of bbq wings. Just feel like i should be trying to get him to stay home and stuff. He's not an addict or anything, he just taking for the normal add usage and actually has never had any history of doing this since he start taking it in the 3rd grade. Sorry for the long story but like I said, he is a good friend of mine and this is a first for him, just wondering if i should be telling him not to go to work. Appreciate any help. He was complaining about his stomach kinda hurting on the side by the hips and just before he left for work his lower right jaw feeling tinkgly numb. Then again i didnt know if this was from lack of sleep/ beer/ not much to eat. Appreciate any help.
