Strattera can be covered but it requires a prior
authorization form that your psychiatrist would have
to complete. It is explained here (Straterra is listed as
Atomoxetine which is its clinical name):

If you have any specific questions the best thing to do
is to call their hotline number or as this concerns a medication
coverage issue that might be a bit more complex have your psychiatrist call
