My five year old girl

I have a five year old daughter. Her father is a sex offender and we have not been together for 5 years. I recently caught my daughter(5 years old!) forcing another girl(same age) to lick her privates. When talking to my daughter she said that she made the other child pull down her pants and licked her as well. She also said that her daddy told her thats what sex is. The authorities have been notified as well as child protective services, but they have blamed this on me saying that it is improper supervision. They are not getting into things or coloring on walls, they are performing oral sex. it seems like my child is the leader in this, as the other child is the follower. Also, my daughter has unexplainable vaginal irritation. She has been seen at two different hospitals, a specialist,  and her pediatrician. All tests are negative, but the rash inside the vagina still burns, itches, and it hurts when she urinates. Has she been abused her father?   Any suggestions?

Ditto on what everyone else says. If she didn't learn that from you, then she learned it from someone else. Find out who, kids would have had to seen it, heard it from somewhere. If she's not being abused she could be allergic to the detergent or bath soap ur using; watch how she wipes after using the bathroom, she might not be doing a good job. Or she might be going from "back to front" bringing poop into her vagina.  Also diet can cause vaginal irritation, especially too much sugar. Stay vigilant about where she is learning things.

I agree aswell, he should not be near any children , you have to protect your child , supervision and being aware helps .As far as the irritation the tests may be negative but she could be having an allergic reaction and yes it definatly could be connected with child abuse . Take an order out againsts any visitation if you have to .Protect your child

If he is a registered sex offender then why is he allowed to have unsupervised visits with her?
Something is going on somewhere,5 year olds do not do this sort of thing unless they have been shown,
I don't understand why Child Protective Services aren't doing more.
You really need to get your daughter some counselling and find out exactly what has been going on,and I would approach Child Protective Services again and discuss your concerns.

Good Luck
