Oh and of course congrats on the new baby and good luck u can get this straightened out.
Yup a lawyer is the best thing for u.Im confused that they can do anything to not let u c or b w/them from a previous incedent if charges were unfounded so if what u say is accurate then someone called and lied about u to children's services.U can get this straightened out quick if u get a lawyer
Someone in your past has a grudge and called Social Services. Probably from the past incident. Otherwise they would not have gotten involved. True get a lawyer to help you work this out. Your charge should have been expunged if the case was thrown out.
Who sicced the social worker on you? And why?
Okay. I just googled "mother and baby unit" and it appears it's a room in a hospital, where the mother and baby can stay together in comfort.
I can't find any links that discuss excluding fathers.
Is it possible you've misunderstood what they're applying for here? It sounds like a luxury unit, with the intent on keeping breastfeeding mothers together with their babies in an at home like setting.
You need a lawyer. First thing in the morning, you need to call a family practice attorney and get an appointment to come in for a consult.
I don't know what a "mother and baby unit" even is, but I do know you need legal advise.
CPS doesn't need a conviction of a crime to deny you visitation rights.
Lawyer. Tomorrow. First thing.
