Anal rape while drunk and passed out at hotel

hi this a male 24 from India,few days ago i have been to a new city,i took a decent hotel,i have been to work during the day,then at night i came back to hotel room and had a couple of beers and passed out,i forgot to lock the door of the room,it was apprantely closed from outside but i did not press the button lock,so if any body tried to come inside it would open,Is it possible that someone the hotel staff or anybody could have come inside drugged me and raped me anally i am straight and this would be my first time,i was lying on stomach,in the morning i could not find any stains on the sheets and my underwear,I woke up about 9 o clock had bath and had stools as normal did not notice any thing strange and went for breakfast,when i came back from breakfast then only i realized i had not locked the door last night,i started searching my anal area for cuts and bruises,over the day i also found slight blood with tissue paper,no bleeding during stools,but their was slight pain,which lasted for couple of days when i had stools their was also slight pain,is it possible that i could have been raped,i am highly worried of HIV.

No.  

I think what you're suffering from is a fixation about fear of HIV.  If you look through the STD forum,  you'll see posters who have a fear of this disease (and other diseases) and their imaginations get the best of them.

possibly i am afraid of HIV,But does that rule out possibility that a rape is possible with some symptom of pain over the few days,recently i found i am having some hemorrhoids but i have had no prior history of them,may be i had but never they caused any trouble like the pain i feel now.

You would not sleep through anal rape after a couple beers.

I too think that you may be the type of person to have excessive fear about diseases. I think that the blood is from hemorrhoids, (that you already knew you had). and it is coincidental to you leaving your door unlocked. In the old days when hotel rooms only had keys what your saying is that millions of persons staying overnight may have been drugged without their knowledge and then had someone sneak into their rooms and rape them, without ever leaving a clue? Sounds fantastical to me and not as likely a scenario as having hemorrhoids. But, if you are still concerned and nothing anyone says is going to allay your fears, then you have the easy option of being tested. I don't think you have anything to fear.

if you are a straight male and were anally raped you WOULD KNOW IT.  there would be no question.  you likely would not be able to walk.  
i would suggest not drinking to the point you don't know what is going on.

Good point about your NOT  drinking beyond your limit. If you've found your limit to be one, then stand by that. Everyone reacts differently to alcohol.

its true i have been a bit extra cautious of HIV during last some time,but this incident is hard for me to understand,because i had some pain for few days till 4 days of incident,i never had any history of Hemorrhoids and i feel the pain had been due to some anal fissure which dissapeared in some 4 to 5 days and rest all feel normal,and i am not a regular drinker,2 beers is very normal for me i need atleast 4 large beers to feel some kick and that too will never black me out as i have never been so far in my life,only somebody could rape me if he drugged me some way when i was asleep,may be i am just comprehending this too much just confused.

With an anal fissure you would have had more than just a little blood on the tissue paper.

It is highly probable that you already had the haemorrhoids that were quite small that you did not notice you had them.

When a person is constipated and it is hard to pass the faeces, the you would have felt discomfort and haemorrhoids would have been aggravated and bled a little.

You will never now what really happened on that evening and because you feel worried about this, it would be a good idea for you to go to the GUM clinic and get checked out.  

I believe that no amount of reassurance from anyone on this forum will ease your worries and the only way you will get peace of mind is to go and get checked out.
