I went and tried it again and it still came back the same but at least I now have an explanation for it.

Apparently some "bmdad" guy messed it all up with his picture.  I'm not a computer guy but the story I got is the pixels were not transferable from his picture because his face looked like an old catcher's mitt.

They've decided to block the jerk so the rest of us can try it again. I mean, just look at the guys user name..........when my doctor and I discuss bm's we are not talking about anything pleasent.   Go figure!!!!!!

I'm feeling much better about my appearance and plan to re-do it later.  I'm very happy for this resolution because I was really cursing you there for a few minutes.

Very sorry for cursing at you but the betrayal I felt was almost palpable,
