I was with my husband through his ordeal and can tell you that I couldn't have done it without you...There were so many days that I was lost and couldn't help him because I'd never experienced anything like it before...I felt helpless because I didn't have answers.  Because of you he was able to communicate day by day, minute by minute what he was experiencing to people who understood.  You are what got him through it. So for those who are feeling pain and going through what my husband did,  I just want you to know that you are worthy and whether you know it or not, I'm here to let you know that you are worthy and are helping people by posting and being supportive of each other.  Thanksgiving is a time to be thankful....so this is my time to thank all of you for your support.  I thank God for blessing us with all of you.  I pray that God will bless all of you with the strength that you need to get through whatever hardships you may have.  My husband wants to share that he had another scare with another bug bite, (which started this whole mess in the first place) but it turned out to be a  staph infection, treated with antibiotice and he's ok...Today we lost a family member (just a few hours ago) due to complications due to hepatitis C and turned into liver cancer.  If you find it in your heart, please pray for him and his family.  Another reminder of what drugs and alcholol will do....Things like this remind my husband, over and over again what can happen and again we are feeling blessed that he pulled through and THANK ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!  IT MEANS THE WORLD.  Please remember that what you are going though and what you are doing on this site IS helping others and YOU ARE A GODSEND...I send this with total sincerity..Good luck and our prayers are with you...May you have a Blessed holiday season and I pray that you can know in your hearts that you are truly helping others.....YOU'VE HELPED US....THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

I just saw this!  I wish I had seen it when it was posted.  Your husband is very lucky to have such good support and having you share is wonderful.  I just congratulated him on his almost one year clean and want to congratulate you as well!
