berryblue,
I have heard other storys like that it probably was him ... being there to help you threw and to make u feel safe.
No, my brother was shot by his best friend in New Meadows Idaho, an accident while hunting. So he died there. My surgery (and I lived in Calif) was in Calif. a few months later. I could feel him and I could hear his voice clear as can be. It was a rough surgery so maybe he was trying to help me stay alive??? I will never forget it. To be so close to him for just that moment......a gift..
As for the Glovers March...........Hmmmmmmmmmm. Was it the smoke??? To think those are ghosts (would love to have seen your faces) then find out it is REAL??? Too funny.
I have a story like yours lol-maybe we should start a new thread call "Stupid things I imagined while high"lol
OK so back to the early 90's and Rich were living in Marblehead,Mass in the section called Old town,if you get a chance Google Marblehead, its the coolest little seaside old town ever.OK so it was winter and pretty late at night and we had been smoking way to much weed and were probably watching Bee is and Butthead! So all of the sudden we hear a snare drum playing that slow march that they do,like it kind of rolls then stops, then we can also hear a couple of horses walking on the pavement. So we look out we were on the ground floor of a triple Decker apt,and walking up the street is all these people dressed in Revolutionary war era clothes, women, kids, and military guys, swinging laterns and walking behind the drummer horses and all probably about 30 people in all.We were like wtf is this? All ghost?secret night parade?wth! Well we found d out a few days later that it was a reenactment of General Glovers March from Salem to Ft Se well but it kinda freaked us out till we found out what it was.Lol duh
That's very interesting, by any chance... did he pass away in the same hospital? I just think if you believe it was him and not anybody else, then he probably rescued u in a sense by putting u upright. I know what you mean about being awake but not actually awake... thats how I felt too, I know the difference between a dream and actually being a awake hehe.
I think what you experienced was exactly what you thought it was, no coincidence at all.
Too funny. Cracks me up to visualize you guys throwing rocks at the swings.
I have one. And this is true with no "Poco Lolo".
I had lost my younger brother Randy to a hunting accident. This was October.
In April I had surgery.
One night while sleeping, you know how when you are asleep but you can hear something and you try to wake up but you can't?
Well, I could feel Randy behind me, holding me from behind like he was holding me up in a sitting postion in bed. The surgery had been hard on me and I was still grieving pretty badly. But, I could hear him and feel him. It really freiked me out and I can remember trying to shake myself awake. It was weird not being able to actually wake up but I was awake. Confusing huh?
Anyways, I would love to actually have that dream now and would cherish it instead of being spooked by it.
ok i have another one...
there's this school that you can look over a hill in a nearby city and rumor has it, some kid died in the swings...
So me and some friends drive up to the alleged spot and seconds later when we got there, we heard kids laughing and saw red lights flashing against the brick walls, and hear chains like the swings were swinging. I remember we threw rocks towards the swings to make sure and the noise did stop for a while, but then after it started again. One of my friends tried to go and get closer but he chickened out lol
it was a big ole earthquake, but i got a little freaked when nobody else seemed to acknowledge it for forty minutes...just thought it was kinda funny...
Was that a ghost story or just a false alarm??... jeez...
Our old house back east was built in the 1870s ,I miss that house so much!,anyways I had never felt anything there at all.I always thought that was strange, like I definatly should of.But on that note I gotta be heading to bed....you guys have fun and be good. :-) Mrs.Dash signing out
I was sitting on the couch a few years ago, I think 08, and the house was all dark (I have to admit i a little stoned at the time) and I was by myself...I have to point out that the previous resident died in the house. anyhow...as i'm zoned out on the tube the couch felt like it rose up and moved sideways and back to it's spot...I was like..WTF? I do live in Cali and there are earthquakes, but we NEVER feel them here...i went outside to look around, nobody out looking around...i turned on the new and nothing...i turned on the houselites and checked around...about a half hour later i was freaked out (mind you i do not believe in supernatural). Nobody had called, i was stoned and didn't want to call my girlfriend (who was out at friends) cause I knew she'd call me an idiot...anyhow after forty minutes She finally called me and asked, "did you feel that?"...I was so freakin' relieved it was a big earthquake over in the bay area...i had a good laugh on myself that eve...so did she...
No way those are tools of the DEVIL lmao
what about ouiji board stories?? lol
No to Mr. I keep teasing him cuz he won't show himself and you know he does live in southern Cali lol-just like to give him a hard time lol
I'm not, but my kids are 1/2. no offense taken. LOL!
Wow! You should read tarot cards while you massage and charge double!! lol
Omg I'm so sorry it just came out! I hope I didn't offend you lmao kinda a little bit
I knew it!!!, you a beaner!! Lol
LMAO! Well, @ least you were correct!
I had a client a few times her name was Erin and every time I worked on her I could always see a silver moth flitting around her right wrist.I never said anything to her about it because why freak her out,so she actually ended up becoming a Mt and working with me so one night I told her the story and she just starred at me like I was bonkers, and then she told me that she had lost a silver charm braclet about a year ago and the thing she missed the most was a silver butterfly charm her grandmother had given her.
I have one... I word for a school district and I have alot of custodians tell me freaky stories about voices and thats why alot of them put on headphones in the AM when its dark...
Anyways, I came one day early in the morning during the daylight savings time when it's still dark, but I remember I was working on something and I swear to god I hear a female voice say loud and clear the words... "That's correct!!!" I almost sh*tted myself lol
Till this day I never go in early to work lol
And the apt I lived in wasnt really old, built in the 1950's. But the land that it was built on used to be part of a miltary training base. The same military training base that was the setting for the prologue in Stephen King's book "IT". Hmmm....maybe he knows something I don't????
Ooohhh! That just gave me goose-bumps!
