I could use a hug...my son went home on Monday and I miss him terribly..I screwed up my back today just fixing the toilet flapper and I'm generally depressed..

Also, I find my cats and dogs give a lot of comfort so here are some ankle rubs and purring from our cats and a request from the dogs to sit beside you and give you some "dog energy".  Hope you aren't allergic.  Hope you feel better soon.

August is probally my worst month, as far as my emotional health goes. I'm on some meds now that are working well for me but today the tears started and believe me when the tears come it's a pure flood of emotion of soulful deep grief.
I hurt soooo bad   I feel soooo sad.   It's the little girl in me kinda sad,   I want my mommy kind of sad,   Jest sad for the state of the world sad,   sad for homeless people sad,   sad for parentless children sad ,  sad for suffering animals sad,   Sad Sad Sad.
     So I am going to do a creative visual, I will place myself in the middle of all these hugs and allow the love to come through and confort me.
Thanks to all who came on board...you never know who needs a hug....Debra
