Sneezing & Opiates & Encouragement for my fellow addicts.....
The following is A Public Service Announcement & not a shout-out.....lol
You know how many of us addicts sneeze like the devil during acute withdrawals and then sometimes even longer? Until it seems like forever?
My forever finally ended a few days short of 2 months. Toby hasn't sneezed for 2 days and he's damn proud of it! I seriously thought I wrecked my perfect Greco-Roman schnozz (And I'm Irish?) by abusing oxy's. And I never even snorted the damn things. My wife told me I sneezed in my sleep. I sneezed when I was awake. I sneezed when I went fishing and I don't even fish. I sneezed when I took the trash out. I sneezed when I fed the cat. I sneezed when I watched Mary Poppins re-runs. I sneezed when I.....you get the picture.
It's a Brave New World and I'm going to stop and try to smell the roses. YIPPEE OH KI EYE AYE!!!!!!!!!
For all those opiate SNEEZERS out there.............The end is near, trust me.

You CRACK ME UP!!!!! I to bought so many things online in my drug days, oh the clothes I will probably find. I so dread it but it is time for me to clean from the inside out, Everything is SO cluttered, I KNOW YOU UNDERSTAND!!!!! I can't wait until I feel like you because you are my biggest inspiration. I know you get me and I get you, you are MY SISTER!!!! Well still have yet to get my cheese crackers, when I get on here I find it hard to get off. You definitely have a good plan; getting something done every day. That will make things easier and it won't feel so overwhelming.
And closets? Don't get me started on closets!!!! lol Mine were a nightmare. Now I can actually see what I have in there. Of course, imagine my bewilderment as I stared at all the things I bought when high on drugs, all the things I will never need and probably never have a use for (ha)... they went out with the other ridiculous things I accumulateed in my drug fog. Yes, you will find it very cleansing. And its so nice to wake up the next day and see what you accomplished the day before. I don't usually appreciate it immediately after, it takes me a day for it to sink in, but then you see it again and think "yes! done!" I know it will be like that for you too!
And oh yeah, Yoohoo the holidays are over!! Sorry, I shouldn't say it like that. It was a nice holiday, but the pressure is FINALLY off. Finally. So let's celebrate that too, what do ya say? Of course, we still have the family party this Sun., but I'm not going to stress over it. We've pretty much got everything ready anyway since it was supposed to be yesterday, so we should be good (I say this while mentally crossing my fingers).
Glad to hear hubby is helping out. Yummy, cheese crackers. Now I want a snack! p.s. and here's a "bless you" since you probably sneezed recently and i didn't hear it... LOL

We guys use black pepper when we have to fake it. So beware! LOL!

Just wanted to say hi and I hope you are having a good night. I feel SOOO good at night, compared to the daysLOL!!!!! Took Christmas stuff down and Lord tomorrow I start with the bedroom closet, not looking forward to it!! Getting house ready to sell, I am going to do one thing every day, so that at the end of the month it should all be done, yet not be overwhelming. Girl when I open my closet it is a nightmare, yet my counters are sparklingLOL!!!!! I think it will be very cleansing when it is over with but still not looking forward to it. So many closets to clean, hubby is helping also, he is doing so good, I sure am grateful for that. I am also grateful to you to!!! Going for a snack I think cheese crackers!!! Hope to hear from you soon

I wondered about the sneezing, I am one month without opiates and I still sneeze a lot. I have people say to me ALLERGIES?!!!! I want to just say no I am withdrawing from opiates so don"t worry you won't catch It!!!!! Alot more goes into staying clean than I thought, but I am grateful to be pill free. Thanks for a laugh, will think of you the next time I sneeze!!!! It will be shortlyLOL!!!!!!
