Just a quick hello to all. i am stil around once or twice a day as I find the minutes to spare I get here. I guess this is a blessing as it will make time move on a bit. I feel so meloncholy and am trying to move on with what is left of my life. I have got to be this flippin depression and get to where I want to be spiritually as I cannot change any physical factors. I wish I knew the meaning of life to post for you guys but I dont and I hope one of you smart cats out there would tell me. I can say the meaning of life for me is to be the best parent I can be..............

Hi Mike I understand how life changes after an accident Melancholy  is a good description, as broknbck say's being a Father first is a good way to find meaning.. My kids are all grown so I'm still looking for mine with my new life, I will let you know when I find it.. Take care lesa

Well Mike, that is a good start. I think we are all alot of things. Yours is a pretty easy one to see. You have been called to be a father. We can talk and try to teach our kids everything we can think of. But their best lesson will be our example. How we deal with other people and situations. How we use or talents and abilities. And how we enjoy life.

Good to hear from you. hang in there. it will get better. There are some great mood lifters in the amino acids. I use SamE and 5htp. Others use L-Tyrosine too. Try Rhodiola and see if that helps. Be careful with any of these if on antidepressants.
