Hot pads, dish cloth or dust mop?

Ok, tomorrow is my wifes b-day and I am thinking what to get her. As most of you know I am a practical guy, so the three things I am thinking to choose from of are, hot pads, dish cloth or dust mop. I am not sure I could top the vacuum for Valentines day. So I am setting the bar a little lower. I am finishing up the new flooring 3 of the rooms she wanted too.

I have to agree with worried on the diamond earrings. Many years ago my mother in law gave me a pair of diamond earrings and when I wore them I felt like a million $. They looked great and everyone said how beautiful they were. Just imagine the look on your wife's face when she opens up that gift!!!!!  Since it's something she wouldn't expect you to do the surpise will be just that much more special.

it "really" is not about the money to me...but i enjoy getting something that i would not ordinarily buy for myself.  something that smells good...looks pretty...or sparkles would be a good start.  i appreciate knowing that my husband "put a little thought" into my gift...makes it more special!
