Starfish, Palin wasn't an option. lol You get a C for not following directions.
I don't know, I think Palin would hunt you down if she got hungry enough, then turn your hide into a pair of fancy shoes.
I pick Palin, we can talk Faith and fishin :)
At McCain's age he probably would not live long on the deserted island, and I hear people taste like chicken (know what I mean). LOL
I don't have any kids in school.
I haven't the slightest idea who I'm going to vote for..I like Obama, but I think Biden is stupid...I like McCain but I think he's too old..I like whatshername but i don't know if she's ready for VP or Pres..
Jim
I couldn't say. I literally don't know either of them well enough to say. How could we?
For a desert island though, I'd pick Obama. He's younger and would have a better chance at surviving.
Then again, McCain has jungle experience. Is this a jungle desert island? I suppose he may come in handy.
Lovepat, LOL #3, I was thinking the same thing.
1. Obama; Hands down. Hes extremely smart, young and has a great ability to get people excited and involved.
2. Not sure, don't watch football.
3. Obama. Same reasons as Lovepat.
Since I feel that this is most likely the most important election I will vote in - I also wish that it were easy. Still undecided. Also want to see Thomas Jefferson on the ticket!
You want Obama to be president . lol ( I wish it was that easy)
Having answered the hypothetical question. I still do not know which I want to be President.
Obama could be the teacher.
McCain for sure.
Not one doubt McCain
Huckaby- He supports the "Fair Tax" - Oh I forgot he's out, maybe I'll stay home.
Usually I keep my mouth shut on the forum when it comes to the election, considering I am one of the few who do not care for Obama and his mindset for our country....but here it goes...I'm ducking ~
1. Who would you pick to be your children's teacher and why? McCain ~ ...his vast reaching experience would be wonderful for children to learn, from his days in the military to his numerous years of public service...that would be great for children to learn early in life...every aspect of this man's life goes beyond subjects covered in our classrooms. Not to mention, he believes in life, so there will be children to educate... Does it matter who is President? Bottom line (my opinion) it is the parents responsibility to ensure their children are well-balanced and educated...the school is a source to enhance the education which should be starting at home. However, not to sound 100% one sided, I do believe Obama does care about our children's welfare...just not my pick :)
2. Who would you rather sit and watch a Football game with and why? Neither...they would draw too much attention and I'd miss the game!
3. Your stranded on a deserted island, who would you rather have with you, Obama or McCain and why? McCain ~ he is a survivor, a warrior and a leader...I would not have to worry about starving, as the man learned long ago to live off the land, I would not have to worry about being attacked by whatever is living on that island (we all know there is not such thing as a stranded island..there is always some sort of life everywhere) as this man knows how to protect and fight for secure his land...and I'd never get bored as he has more knowledge of life then most men and women out there... I have a feeling Obama would get on my nerves and keep repeating "Man we need a change" LOL...sorry
OK just my opinion and certainly am not saying anyone's opinion is wrong.. I love reading everyone's views. I'll admit, as a McCain supporter, I had to do a lot of research to validate my vote after reading some of the posts...so, keep the political posts coming...although there is little doubt this girl is changing her vote :))

You have to get your priorities straight...LMAO
"Survival of the fittest is dependent on who can last the longest"...
That's an old saying from the 70's...not sure why it popped into my mind...or why I typed it!!
LMAO on 3 I was thinking of food, (as usual). I agree with you as far as companionship ! lol
LOL...this is easy...Obama for all
1. I think he's more intelligent and probably more in touch w/ the younger generation.
2. He seems like he'd be more fun...although McCain and I would prol' get along because it seems like I have memory issues..lol
3. He's younger and hotter!!! who cares about survival...lol
1. Obama- extremely intelligent and well educated. Has teaching experience and is a highly qualified educator. He is the embodiment of tolerance and respect- both prized attributes of teachers. And he values education, workedhard for it and excelled. Education demands both information and inspiration. He's the complete package.
2.I think McCain would be a great screamer at a football game. He is all about winning no matter what. Compromise and win-win have no place on the football field. Plus he could bring the beer.
3. Obama. I would be afraid that the old guy would drop dead on me. Obama is young, physically fit and has demonstrated tenacity and stamina.
1. Obama , I think he's more intellegent and probably has more patience.
2. I don't like football
3.McCain, he probably knows more about survival and how to crack a coconut.
LOL, like my title? who who you pick? My typing studders. lol
