Liquid Nitrogen.

Had to be given four blasts of liquid nitrogen to remove a skin cancer from my face. In the next couple of weeks it will be permanently gone. The reason I am putting this here is as a warning. If you have a strange mark or growth anywhere on your body, do not hesitate to have it checked out. I was wise enough to do something about it as soon as I spotted it. I didn't know what it was and decided to take no chances. In addiction the same philosophy applies. If the problem is there, do not hesitate to do something about it. Any time I felt my life was threatened no matter by what, I chose to do something about it. I beat addiction, I beat skin cancer, I have prostate cancer and I will defeat that as well. I have no intention of letting anything interfere with living a full life by ignoring it when I should be placing  every ounce of my being into defeating it. Life is good and it can be even better by not letting anything, no matter what, take the joy of it away. I have seen many people here do exactly that and that tells me that everyone can have titif they truly and really want it. The question is,"DO YOU?"

I DO!    ....and I agree.

I'm glad you got that taken care of....as a nurse I'm always checkin' people out for that kind of thing, and have had two member of my family diagnosed with malignant melanoma.  I, myself, wear sunscreen everyday and would not hesitate to get something checked out.
