hey, Hope.  so glad you are doing well.  i was having a day off from coming in here, but just had to come in and check on my friends.  is this just a substitute for the addiction?  LOL at least it is a help to others, and not detrimental to our health and well being.  man does that phrase make me sound like a robot, or what?

I found  a new chat line. Its for copd. I did such a number on my lungs smoking over the years and was just hospitalised for it the past 4 days. My asthma is back under control, after two months struggling. But I'm hanging in there. I'm so glad you are doing better, and each day will come a little easier. Thanks, that's exactly what i did all day today. Just laid around and relaxed! Felt kinda good!! Hope you are doing ok, This battle is so tough to deal with. I have been suffering real bad headaches for the past 3 or 4 days. Wake up with them every morning, and no matter what i take for it, they don't help. Driving me absolutely crazy. Don't know if it is from quitting the pills or what, but i am going to call the Dr. and see what he can give me for them, (something NON narcotic - of course)

Hi Lucy, sorry haven't been around in a few days. I am doing very well. Feeling a little better every day. How are you doing? I will be checking the board throughout the day. I am off work today, had a HUGE snow storm so i get to be home today, yea!!
