Anyone watch Ruby on Style Network?

I LOVE Ruby. She is an amazing person who is succeeding in beating her addiction (Food).  Even though she has a food addiction which is not the same as ours, addiction is addiction and she was at her bottom (700 pounds!).  She has slowly and healthily (diet and exercise only - no surgeries) taken off hundreds of pounds.  She works a 12 step program to deal with her addiction.  She is beating it one day at a time.

Check it out if you havent.  Sometimes you find inspiration in the weirdest places.

yeah.......well she hasn' beaten it just yet. like us, she'll have to work work work every day at it. my wife and i watch her. it's amazing to me that someone who seems to have such a seemingly healthy attitude could be so completely unhealthy inside. there's a lot of drug addicts who are the same way. at least, i know i am.

anyway, her story is inspiring whether you're addicted to food, drugs, or other things. hopefully she stays successful
