Sore calfs

Sorry to start a new thread but I was wondering if any of you have ever experienced sore calfs after detoxing? I dont have RLS but both of my calf muscles are extremely tight and almost feel as though I have had a horrible charlie horse in them for hours which I havent. I took a motrin 600mg. Is there anything else I can do? It hurts to stand up and to flex my foot but like I said I didnt get a cramp I am sure I would of felt it since I have been up since 6 am yesterday. lol JOYS of motherhood... I need a nap!

Yes I had this too,,,Are you taking any magnesium or the Hylands restless legs supplements? I was skeptical at first taking them but it actually really helped. Id have my husband massage them too,,that helped and the hot baths. Hope you feel better!~Bkitty

Hi!

This was one of my worst and lingering symptoms.  Bananas, bananas, bananas.  I took magnesium and Hylands but the bananas seemed to work best.  I also rubbed tiger balm (an asian linement cream) into them and it really helped.  As Bkitty said, hot baths with epsom salts.  And make sure to drink LOTS of fluid...Sleepy time tea and Vitamin water worked for me.
Take good loving care of yourself, you are doing awesome.
