I am not sure about how long this was has gone on...i was watching some 911 clips tho..with bodies all over the ground in new york city..then i remembered why it started and how scared out country was during that era....i had no family in those buildings but otheres i know did...they may not feel the same ad probably have not forgotten why this war started..i do think it is time to end and for the world to be at peace...but has that ever lasted very long in the history of mankind?  i wish it were so but since the beginning or time wars have been going on in some part of this world and i hate that fine young men have to die..even in the revelutionary war which was a great cause..so many died...
911 remeinded me why we are where we are..and people of that religion/muslim/ will continue to fight long after our troops are gone as they have been fighting since the beginning of time...muslims are different than many other  religions eand they do not have the same respect for life that we do as their faith in the afterlife is much more confirmed than ours...but i respect the fact that they have no fear of death//their faith in the afterlife being much stronger than most religions...perhaps a reason why a muslim would get into a plane and crash into a building killing tons of people they dont know...a bit radical perhaps but who am i to judge..and they have an awful lot of money to fund campaigns and such....so much money that i can not comprehend a car made of pure gold.....more money than anyone here could compaign with..if i ever run for president i think i will get them to back me as money talks for sure

I surly couldnt pass this one - Viet era vet myself --- But I want to remind everbody - and I am certain that those vets alive and well, l know would agree - - -  we did a job that we didnt like very much ......but the powers that be said that it was for God, country, and frredom (POSSIBLY APPLE PIE)  -----    But all of the Vets that I know (quite a few) will all tell you that they are not heroes, they were called and did their duty ..... THE HEROES ARE THE ONES THAT MADE THE SUPREME SACRIFICE.  Please remember them and their families in prayer.....

i would like to thank all the men/women that sacrifice there lives for us....my bubba served 2 terms in iraq....it was so rough....and i would also like to give a shout out to the family members too......i no its hard for them....but its also REALLY ROUGH on the familys.....i no for us (me & mom) we stayd up all day n night watchin the news....we could take our eyes off of it.....seriously we would take shifts.....
we got lucky and got to see my bubba on tv 2times and b/c of his rank he had acess to a puter a couple of times!!!

well people that are at war may be killed if they take a day off but it does need to be put up thee with Christmas you are right there

Thank You All so very much. One thing that bothers me is that on veterans day most of them are working keeping this country going . While the rest of us who have never served in anyway are taking the day off for all that they have done. I find that very unfair to them all. All vets should have the day off no matter what!

My Grandfather, Navy, Pearl Harbor survivor. My Father, Navy, Cuban Crisis. Uncle and cousin in Marines...another cousin in Navy Reserve...Thank you...
