What was your take on the Presidential debate tonight????????

thats why he split so fast afterwards........Its past his bedtime and he probably had meds to take.  I feel very sorry for him.....I am cracking jokes and being goofy, but there were some things that really bothered me about McCain tonight.  I need to absorb this...tonight and will have more appropriate answers tomorrow.......yeah right...lol.

Sailing......90 minutes was way too much for him.......he is not a humble defeated man.  How sad.................I think it may be time for the Republican Party to step aside.....Change............ hmmm.

Nauty, your first comment cracked me up!  I also noticed the bizarre stance of McCain at his chair....very weird.  As for Obamas hands....I was always taght to check the feet...I'd say they are 11s!!  :-)   So still, I can understand why his wife is smiling.

McCain hasn't always been that unstable on his feet Utah....I remember him from back in 1983 when he first got into office in Arizona.  That's age, pure and simple, maybe made worse by war injuries, but I wanted someone to hand him a walker anyway!  I'm a safety freak.

Sounds like the debate was more serious an well maintained than previous. Hopefully I will be able to see it on the web as I was working tonight. Got a few glimpses of it on a few tvs but nothing to take interest other than Obama looked very CCC (cool, calm collected as another poster stated) any time I watched,it was Obama's turn to talk and I really didn't see McCain other than him sitting down and looking like he was in pain.

Now I'm watching Letterman and wondering what the top 10 will be...it's been pretty funny the last few weeks. My Q is, who have Letterman, Leno, Steward, Ferguson and that other late guy leaning towards?

I hate to say this, but she is a weird looking woman.......bullcrap is she buys her clothes at target or Gap.......they dont' sell dresses in the mens dept.  last I checked anyway..  I would kill to know that ...hu-hu womans measurements........just odd looking she is .....kinda like Bush Sr. and Barbara........awkwarrrrrdddd........

anyway......I shouldnt' pick on her, but i did and it was fun........lol

I still think the best part was watching McCain try to get into the chair and look nonchalant about it. The seat was about 5 inches higher than his butt. lol

It's because our issues align better with the one that fits us, i.e. conservative views vs. liberal views.  (I'm a conservative, not a Republican, but rather a Libertarian).

What I find so funny is...... it's like Republicans and Democrats were watching two different debates.   If you were for McCain  then he won......Obama ...then he won.

I thought Obama seemed calm, cool, and collected, while McCain was kind of out of sorts and condescending(especially to the guy in which he said), "You probably never heard of Fannie and Freddie before the last couple of months."  I was talking to a friend on the phone and I said..."watch McCain...he keeps walking back to his chair and holding on to it"..I thought maybe he was going to blow a gasket....lol. I do have to say..he had a good parting comment. But I can't imagine having to listen to him for the next 4 yrs.

McCain has injuries that did not heal properly from when he was a prisoner of war.  That's why he walks like that.  I think he's stable.

Obama did a great job. They both avoided answering a few question. McCain lost his train of thought a few times.  
Not a game changer for McCain.

I saw Barack Obama  as calm, focused, knowlegable, and inspiring.  He never ceases to impress me.

It was good.  Not the Testos-Fest they thought it would be.  Over all a interesting compared to the last one.  I think McCain needs to stand still ......when he walks around he looks like he either needs a cane or he is going to keel over.  It's not flattering to him and makes me question his stability.  Not once did Obama sneek back to take a peek at notes.  If if was more than a one part question .....thats a little scary.  Obama didn't even have a pen??....

The eyeshadow was much better tonight....cinnamon was more his color, but it was kinda ugly........Did you notice the size of Obama's hands......OMG I never noticed that before........No wonder Michelle is always smiling.........dang it !!
