If this was from one place, in one state, I would whole heartedly agree with you, but it wasn’t. It was spread throughout Ohio and coupled with early voting which means many of these people could register and vote at the same time. It also happened in many other states, so is it a few bad apples, I wonder. Something smells really bad here and you could bet your bottom if it was the other party that was being favored there would be one big stink. I don’t think Obama would be so stupid as to have it done or condone the action, maybe. Is it possible that there are others in his own party that would have this done or encourage it to sabotage the election?
I think that all the early voting ballots in Ohio should be thrown out and all registrations should be verified. No one would be “disenfranchised” since all registered voters could still vote on Nov 4th
Sounds like the mantra “Vote early, Vote often” fits this year, country wide.
Giving benefit of the doubt to the republicans- there may have beena few rotten acorns who were trying to make an extra buck dishonestly. That does not reflect on Obama. neither does it discredit the organization as a whole. And, there has never been a case when a fraudulant registration application resulted in one fraudulant vote. Once again, this is an attempt to take the focus off the issues and distract us with some meaningless hanky panky.
Of more concern are the attempts to disenfranchise people who may have recieved foreclosure notices, voter purging,"caging", and misinformation intended to supress the vote inparticular neighborhoods - to say nothing about questionable vote totals from voting machinary that has no paper trail.
