Thought this might make soemone smile

My dog is so very cool, she is about 12 yrs old. When I had run out of meds and was feeling very sick she was an angel. She was with me 24/7. Although she has  bad arthritis herself ( a Vet  prescribed Tramadol for her, from reading this forum I refused it! thanks guys), she would switch back and forth aevery few minutes from bed to couch with me, as I could not get comfortable. When I was shivering and cold, I  put her  up against me (all 60lbs of her, and she stayed there under the blanket (which she NEVER does, as she is very independent and has a long fur coat as well. I had nobody else with me, and she was really something. I feel she knew, and I KNOW she was helping me, as she was doing things she never does. I would post a pic, but I have to remain anonymous. The point is there is joy if we look for it! Good luck everyone

You are right, animals are much more than just animals. My dogs do the same, especially with the kids. They are my kids too!!!
