what should I do to stay clean?

It's day 14 for me.  I'm starting to feel human again after a brutal withdrawal.  I guess the time was right because I just stopped after taking morphine everyday for over 4 years.  But now I wonder what kinds of things will help me stay off?

For me I had to go through inpatient like I did years ago and did succeed a long period of continuous sobriety and knew for a long trime to get that back I had to do over a month in treatment know I am doing meetings galore and intensive outpatient treatment. Thank God for insurance although I know all people are not blessed with insurance but there are free programs for inpatient which might not be the best of the bunch but I use what resources I have and pray that true for all. I am trudging this road to my happy destiny wherever that may be and want to c all here be there with me as this is life or death for me as I am more than sure it is with you all. My prayers for you to make this with God's help....

what I am working on at the moment. six weeks clean now had to go through treatment inpatient to get this far. I am going to meeting as much as I can taking to sober and clean people and most importantly of all I am not picking up anything narcotic at all......
