Staying clean. That takes continual pro active behaviour. I think I am in a rough spot because when I read the first option I thought oh that looks good to me "using and knowing you need to stop soon" sheesh I am really feeling of my game.
Staying clean is BY FAR the hardest thing I've ever had to do.
Marriage, kids, 2 college degrees, family-deaths, divorce, financial-woes, health-issues... all of these have been easy to deal with when compared to staying clean & sober.
As AVISG said, having a rock-solid AfterCare program with a ton of support is a must, and being 110% accountable is mandatory.
Definitely staying clean is the one I have to keep fighting.I don't want to let myself down.
for me the wds were the eisier part staying clean is the hard par. Thats why I have a sold recovery program lots of support and know i have to be 100 % accountable for myself .
