I only want 3 things in life...love, happiness and health!
Right now it looks as though that is to much to ask but maybe in 5 years it will not be.
Eagle...yes, you are correct. my drive to work usually consists of plugging in the Ipod and listening to the Dead, or XM Radio and listening to the Dead while working...I've got so much to listen to I never know where to start

i'm fresh out of rehab and sometimes taking it one day at a time is all that gets me through the day so i try not to think too far into the future but since you brought it up ...i hope to first of all still be clean and sober and second...to at least be on my way to getting myself out of the big mess i got myself into over the past few years
Still clean !!! that would be great..
One should always listen to the Grateful Dead!!! What a long strange trip its been...........
oh..I'll still be listening to the Grateful Dead.
The older I get (and I'm dam old) the sooner 5 years looks...geeezzz I'll be 70 in 5 years.
I hope to be healthy-maybe even healthier than I am now, active and snow-birding between Oregon and Costa Rica.
I'd be nice to meet someone to spend time with but my DH is a hard act for any man to follow....he was my soul partner, as I was his. I hope he's livin' it up in rock n' roll heaven.
I'd hoped to sell my house this year but that ain't gona happen now. Maybe in 5 years things will be better.

Living independently, having a job ideally in an area of interest. I'd like to get involved into real life autism advocacy groups. I did public speeches in confrences a long time ago helping parents and teachers understand autism and though it made me nervous at first, I really enjoyed it...
Those are a few things on my list.
Oh yes I want to be content
six figures invested if not more and sober and clean which of course means alive..... and the first and foremeost I want to have all my loved ones to be healthy and happy and to mourn no more....
I hope to still be clean, my kids finding their way and happy and in a cabin in the mountains and being with a man that really loves me!! Oh and alot of animals lol

Incredibly wealthy, healthy, playing with grandchildren and still listening to Johnny Cash.
clean, retired and living in Georgia, watching my grandchildren grow and trying to get back some years I lost with my own kids.

Clean. I'd like to spend more time with the children I've been blessed with, I pray everyday that the hardwork and sleepless nights that I'm enduring now will payoff where I can work less and be the mom that can go to every soccer game, ballet recital and conference, help out at school. I'd also like my own house (we're shacking up at my sister's right now) with room enough to grow a big garden with a variety of fruits anf veggies, and have a chicken coop. Maybe find a man...who knows.....
I would like to be on an Island in the Carribean with scuba equipment and fishing gear. Nice boat would be nice...............
My mother never thought she'd get a grandchild. My one brother who is her youngest, ended up giving her a granddaughter 2 1/2 years ago. She's in her own personal heaven from that. But, my brother lives in PA and so she only gets to visit once a year and then talk on the phone. Of course she spoils her like crazy with presents all the time!
Good luck!!!!
I'd like to still be in my home, be able to pay my bills, be able to work and not hurt so much.
A grandbaby would be nice, a little girl perhaps, so I could make beautiful dresses and bonnets for her.
I would like to be retired and still able to pay the bills. We have lived a very conservative life style and have sacrificed a lot of "extras" to save for retirement. The money is tied up in a 403B account - so I just hope that we don't lose it all. Both of my children safe and secure and a grandchild to love - that would be my personal heaven.
Good question! I have always wanted children but for some reason have not been able to get pregnant in the 16 1/2 years I've been married to this wonderful man! Even though I'm 46, I'd like to have a baby of my own as well as adopt a child! So, within 5 years, I'd like that to happen!
We moved to Utah from Pennsylvania in July of 2003. We have been holding off buying a home so we could save enough and not end up in a bad situation like so many people I know. We had gone through several years of difficult times. It wasn't until the past 5 years that we have been doing well. But, my hubby and I both had some health concerns since moving to Utah and that hurt us some, but we have recovered nicely. However, we do still have some medical bills to pay off before going into debt to buy our home. So, that's what we've been working toward. With the economy the way it is, we might have to wait a little longer to buy the home.
I'm going to try and be optimistic for the future! :)
Still clean and hopefully enjoying MORE grandbabies!!!
