Mine is a toss up between when my parents were married and the epic holidays!! The kids and the neighborhood and I playing sports and pinecone wars and sleep overs and everything else we did..There are also the summers in Miami with my family...
Just one happy memory? Im sorry :(

"What is your most cherished, I mean ALL TIME FAVORITE, childhood memory????????????? Something you will NEVER forget? "
Ive been trying to come up with something since you first posted this...but nada!
I was a ward of the state as a wee tike so I try to shake most of those memories away...digging deeper, I cant think of anything. Sorry.
Mine would have to be when I was very young and my parents were still married. Just a typical day. My sister and I playing in the yard, climbing trees, riding our bikes, and being total tomboys! My mom and dad cooking for us. Very simple things. I lost my dad 5 years ago. He was only 49. My mom and sister and I never (and I do mean never) talk due to many falling outs over the years. I miss those days before things got so complicated. (Sorry to be a downer on a happy thread.)
Geeez Girl this will take some thinking at my age..hahahah
THAT made me laugh sista! THANK YOU!
Playing in the chicken coop with my brothers and sister..... Running the neighborhood with them, just being kids....... I miss just being a kid....... ya know? We had the meanest goose ever! would run after me honking like an SOB! Worse than a guard dog! NO ONE would come on our property uninvited! LOL!
I remember going to my stepmom's ranch every summer. She had kangaroo's, llamas, mini horses, pot-bellied pigs, and a mean goose! Hahah! I used to wash the mini horses with that Suave green apple shampoo and I remember soaking up the sun and staying out in the barn grooming and braiding the horses hair for hours. Recently I smelled some of that green apple shampoo and it took me back to those summers and it was such a great feeling! I really miss those carefree summers out on that ranch!
What's yours Rosy?
