well i made it thru most of the weekend so far! We are still sick here with that flu from LAST weekend but surviving. I had another wave of bad symptoms come back and had ZERO energy, nausea and coughing and wheezing liek crazy. I did NOT want to bake my son's birthday cake!~!!! for first time ever I actually considered getting a store bought one!!! but i just couldnt do it! he just turned 4 yesterday, and he looked at me with his ice blue eyes and white blond hair and said momma i want your chocolate cake!! LOL i couldnt say no. So i dragged my lazy butt up and baked his cake and felt good that I did that for him. He had a nice birthday and his big present was this sweet-assz Hotwheels BIKE i found at Once Upon a Child. Its blue, yellow, red and black with flames all over, cool seat, handlebar covers, dirtbike racing number plate, etc . He loves it! He rode it for awhile saturday afternoon, and then played in the dirt with his brother for 2 hours lol.  I was wiped out so tired but i got my sleep for a couple hours tonight and now Im up (Sarah wont tell you what im about to go watch on tv --- its late Sat nite, hint hint, lol)

PS Im on PRednisone now- my dr. called in RX for me earlier today for it. So FRIDGE, look out, Lil Momma here is

H-U-N-G-R-Y!!!!!!!! haha. just what MY appetite needed is a medicine that makes me want to eat a dead horse lol

sarah- put the voodoo doll DOWN right now, lol    as i type this, family and friends are outside grilling BBQ chicken, hot dogs and burgers and i made some pasta salad and baked beans to go w/it.  Im feeling alot better thanks to the prednisone.

now about.....Jack Tripper.......nope nope nope I wont give him up which is scary since he's actually dead now!  No tapering or CT for me off Jack though, thats one addiction Im gonna keep, LOL

Sounds like you have the same crud my friend Patty had.  Her doctor gave her prednisone and heavy duty antibiotic's and she felt better in 2 days. Hope the same happens for you.  Happy Birthday to the little one !  HUgs, MaRY
