suboxone success rate??

I think the success rate for suboxone is gonna be really small but maybe the phar. companys will make it seem different because at 6$ a piece from the pharmacy and due to the fact that they make anybody who is ill instantly well again ensures its success at the cost of billions of brain receptors.  Somebody has to speak up, if im going to be on this for the rest of my life then just give me a script with unlimited refills.  But they wont because everybody has to have there hands in our pockets and benefit from our suffering...  What to do

Hey yuor situation interests me because I was on methadone for 16 yrs and I have detoxed off of it three times. Twice I used a four day bup taper and it was f-ing hell I tell you but you already know. Once I went into NY and hooked up with this shady doctor who was giving me 150 vials of injectable buprenex a month. I started IM and within a few dys I was IV anyway to make a long story short I stayed on the bup for at least three months and that was one of the worst detoxes ever because I never tapered. Listen, I know that you said that you have tapered before without success but the answer for me so far has been setting a firm date that I am going to be done by. Then reinforcing that day everyday as you taper. I have totally planned out my detox and will be staying at my moms for the first week and giving up my car keys. I will hve a weeks worth of benzos and lots of epsom salt. Last time it took about two to three weeks to really feel better but once I was able to get my sorry *** out of the house and be able to face life again, I started working out. That made things move so much faster. I swam because it is the best exersize aqnd it doesn't tax your body too much. Another absolutely huge help for me right now is going to AA meetings. I have been in recovery for about two years even though I take sub. I work the steps and have a sponsor etc. I think this makes a huge difference. Fortunately there a lot of people who are not judgemental who wil help you so don't focus on the ones who bother you etc. Anyway  hoped this helps. Right now I am about to dip below 2mgs, I take .5 mgs 4 times a day. Splitting the dose like that makes it so much easier to taper vs just taking it once or twice a day. How much are you on right now and do you have a plan. Steve
