ok well last nite i was having a very hard time for those of u who read my post early this morning i was gona use well i didnt and alot of it had to do with a song that i have heard a hundred xs or more but i never really listened to the words i recommend for everyone downloading this song or whatever u can do i promise u it will relate to many of u the song is by RODNEY ATKINS - name of song is "IF YOU"RE GOING THROUGH HELL" please find a way to listen to this song and i will promise u that it will make u feel beter it saved me early this morning and now its 3 weeks 2 days clean thanks to this song i heard tghis morning and finally listened to the words it was like they were singing it to me.... hope u people will listen to it and let me no what u think...

I love this song.Listened to it and a few more EVERYDAY,30 or 40 times a day,when I was going through my methadone detox.Try listening to 'Wave on Wave' by Pat Green too,you can relate the words to the struggle with addiction and to a person or people who helped save you from it.I think about all the people on the forum here when I listen to it..All the best......Kim
