How important is...

Sleep? Vitamins? Eating? during recovery?

For me I think the most important thing is sleep.  That is the hardest part of the withdrawal's is when I can't sleep.  Although I do feel so much better after I force myself to eat...so it's a toss up.  I have really started in with the vitamin's now too...so finger's crossed that will help.

Xanax withdrawal is by far the worst thing I have ever gone through...anyone thinking about taking Xanax...please DON"T.  It's pure evil.  Would rather go through hydro withdrawal 10X...instead of the hell that is recovering from Xanax.

I prefer the hydro's as well.  I was prescribed the Xanax for panic attacks and was not even aware that I was addicted.  It just snuck up on me.  They do not give you a high like the hydro's but they did help to calm me down.  Unfortunately the withdrawal's from them are horrible...right now I feel like I am having one long panic attack.

Even though our situations are reversed ( I think hydros are much worse, zannies don't scream my name), I think it's a good idea to take care of yourself the best you can. Try all three(sleep, eating, vitamins) couldn't hurt.
