? about sweet tooth

I have been noticing a lot of posts by people taking oxycodone that mentions a huge sweet tooth but I dont think I have seen any people whose DOC is hydrocodone mention this. Also someone mentioned in an old post about itching of the scalp being common with oxy. Reason I ask is that last time hubby went to doc he didnt put the charge for the pharmacy on our debit card but instead paid with cash. I wondered if the Dr had given him an extra presciption for something and he didnt want me to see 3 copay charges instead of the usual 2. I have noticed he has a big late night sweet tooth and I find in the mornings sometimes he has finished off a box of cookies or whatnot. Just want to know if the sweet tooth & itching thing can be from the vicodin or is it something that only seems to occur when a person has graduated to the oxycodone?

oh yeah I would binge eat after gettign high on vicodins. I would starve myself for a long time before taking a dose because i wanted to take them on an empty stomach to make sure no food was in the way of them- an addicts gotta have the full spike/high ya know? so after my high was wearing off, I'd hurry and binge eat (including sweets) in between doses so I'd have enough time to digest the food before I would eat my next dose of pills...
