Thank you all again this month. I think as time has passed, I can see the whole routine clearly from the first tablet to feeling terrible. No romantic ideas about it. My moods are even, I can see things more clearly, the drama is gone. It is good to be interested in my own life and being able to follow through. One tangible thing I did from the start was to exercise EVERY DAY--weather was no excuse. A walk, a run, (sometimes with a friend but mostly on my own), anything to move. And that's even with the migraines that plagued me. Often that got rid of the headache. So one thing I can definitely recommend is to get moving, somehow, somewhere, wherever you are!
