I would like to thank all of my friends who were there for me on thursday evening after my relapse and im sorry tht i just logged off without letting you all know, but i needed to try to get my head straight however i couldnt of coped without you thanx again

Recovery is a process. Keep at it. Learn from mistakes but don''t give up or get discouraged. It is the nature of the beast. Never let your guard down, even months or years later. Addiction lurks in the shadows and is your enemy.
