Well at 30 days I was still have good days and bad days (bad meaning tired and no motivation) The withdrawls where gone but the cravings still came and went. At 40 days I was still trying to figure out have to live with feelings and no being numb, I also noticed my concentration was oops what was I talking about oh yah jk at 50 days I really started getting my natural energy back and some motivation. The good days far outnumber the few bad days. and by 60 days I was feeling almost back to normal. It did take till about 100 days to final feel like I was completely back to normal but from 40 on it wasn't that I was feeling horrible just not completely right. I would say it was within the week of day 100 that the switch finally flipped. If ya need any other details I will be back on tommorrow. Hope this helps and don't get discouraged there will be peaks and valleys on your road to recovery.
Best wishes
Josh
Could you- would you- mind posting on the long term effects you've noticed upon quitting. For example, how things were for you at 30,40,50,60,75 days- what symptoms you noticed stopping- and what/when positive things were coming about.
Thanks, and congratulations
