15 days, still not sleeping right...

dang, 15 days clean and still im not getting real sleep and still got RLS!! i have tried sleepy tea, sleeping pills, and muscle relaxors, but i just cant seem to put these legs to rest. is this just mental stuff, or is it gunna be awhile before i can fall asleep sober again? im going crazy with no sleep!!

it takes sometime...your on the horizon.....21-30 days is when youll get your slee back

You can go to a doctor and tell him about your legs bothing  you and night,He might give you a starter pack of requip. that was what helped me a great deal and it worked wonderful. Plymouthgirl

The lack of sleep aspect is very normal. Some people go through this longer than others, but the best thing I can tell you is that everyone's different. You HAVE to keep in mind that eventually it will come back to you.

i looked for hylands, but couldnt find it. i guess ill just have to look harder or deal with it. thanks

It is going to take a while exersise helps alot do some everyday no caffine club soda helps rls as wellbut the best you can do is exersise

WallMart has commercial product called Hylands Restful Legs that some endorse....
