150 days!

Just wanted to check in! 150 days today! Wow I never thought I would make it this far and to be honest without all of you here I would not of! I thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all your support!! Its so nice to know that there is some where to go and vent or post and get so much support! I love you all!
There are a few on here that have touched me more than I can say! Teri9498,ROSYouralright,Heather8448,brokenspiritandsoul,mommymarieme,lizbuzz,and Vic thank you so much for all your support and always being there for me!
Bubbleguppie100 and Spider6 you are my motivation to keep moving forward! I love you guys and do NOT want you to catch me! lol
There are so many more on here I want to thank!!!!!
So as for my son and his surgery he is doing great! The issue with the pain pills has not been an issue don't even want or care they are in the house! They are not any where that I know of so that is a good thing! He is only taking 1 at night so he can sleep!

It has been a long hard road to get to this point but worth every step, struggle, and heartache to get here! I am so happy to be free of the devil known as Norco! Made it threw the Holidays did what I could and did not look back!
The best gift I got was my 24 year old son telling me how proud he was of me and thanking me for giving him his mom back! Wow if that is not a reality check I don't know what is! My daughter is my best friend and so supportive she came down for my sons surgery just to make sure I was ok!

Anyways I want to let those who are just starting on this path to a new life....its not easy, do not give up! It is so worth every minute every second of the struggle to have a new life!

Live life to the fullest! Be Happy and post. post, post when you feel lost or alone! The people here can and will save your life!!!

Aww I just saw your post right now. OMG congrats on day 150!!!!!!!!! You are such an inspiration to me. I have looked up to, ever since this " sober journey" I always knew that you can fight this devil addiction- you are one strong Woman. I'm happy to hear that your kids are doing well and your son's pills didn't affect you, you know why? Because you are stronger than that! You are like Super Woman, seriously! Wow!  You are rocking this!  150 days is amazing!  You are on inspiration and I read all your posts at the beginning and you were a big part of me deciding it was time. I am 110 days today and I hope to never catch you!  

I am so glad to hear your son is doing well!  I knew those pills would not be an issue!  I hope he is all healed and back up running around soon!
