2:00 pm Sunday afternoon...managed to do yoga with my son this am...couldn't last 15 minutes but at least I got off my can...I have to do office work later todayxanax....I am still pretty nevey today and hard to concentrate...but I can definetly tell that the Hydros are out of me.......since Friday I have taken (6) .5mg of xanax...it has helped byut I am going to tough it through today...tomorrow no xanax...what a way to start a Monday...thanks everyone.

good for you! I think i Yogi Mind Relaxation Tea was mentioned as a benefit to w/d..anxiety. Doing yoga..kudos to you. .5mg sounds like a small dose..but when it comes to this benzo, that's not so small. You might want to break in 1/2 --there is an indentation/line, just to see if 1/4mg would do the job.
Well, I just reread and it looks like you are stopping the benzo completely..probably best from my viewpoint. Congratulations on 5 days opiate free!
