It is normal Holly, just think of it as the cumulation of 26 days of sleepless nights and your body readjusting itself. You should be getting normal sleep soon, and like avis said exercise and supplements are important...and eating well and drinking plenty of water. Hang in there you will be turning the corner soon. Try to stay positive, you've almost reached the 1 month mark, and for me in the past one month seemed like the magic number.
Exercise ,supplements ,vitamins ,if the depression gets to bad you might want to think about an anti depressant for a short amount of time .What are you doing for aftercare ?
