20 days clean! YAHOO!
What a ride the last 2 years have been. If I can do this ANYONE can. I still have anxiety issues but therapy na meetings meditation and breathing techniques have done wonders. The breathing is taking a backseat at the moment. It hurts like heck due to my ribs. I sure miss them so I know they were working. Thank you guys for all the support and encouragement. Its been invaluable. You are all so amazing and so strong. Keep fighting the good fight!
Katrina - Congrats! This place is pretty awesome. Day 9 is going well for me. Stocked up on more B complex, melatonin and was recommended Hydroxocut for energy. It works. Anybody else try ths? A little pricey. So glad to hear 20 days!
CONGRATS on your clean time, katrina....you are working hard and it will pay off with time, just keep walking and taking each day at a time...:)
