20 days down...subs still kicking my arse

well i just finished my 20 th day from jumping off 6 mg of suboxone, and i still feel lousy.  i started my summer class today and could really tell a difference from when i was using.  my concentration was not there and i was so restless in my seat(2 hr lecture/ 3 hr lab).  the pain in my knees and feet make it so hard to walk around too.  I ve have been pumping vita=mins and aminos everyday.  i dont know if they are working or  not.  in addition to the typical w/d, I also just started anitbiotics for an ear and throat infection. ( never was sick once while using)  I know things will improve but am really getting frustrated.  Not enough to use again, but just want to know when this train stops!!!????????

Surprize Surprize I wasn't told anything about withdrawals a thought 24 hours after  my last dose i had no side effects so i was like telling myself this is it life is back to normal well when it hit i wasn't not 1 bit ready...Now i am on all the good amino acids and everything but if i was told then i could of been on them for a couple of months before...How long does everyone think it takes for the amino acids and magnesuim to start working  I am on day 21 so I think they must start to help soon....  1 good thing is i won't being going through all this again so maybe cause it's so bad and so scary it's like a warning you get on opiods again and this is what your gunna have to go through again...

But if the doc told me hey this tramadol stuff is addictive after 3 weeks you should get of it then i wouldn't be like this but...Thinking like this gets me know where look forward is the way to go now.....   good luck everybody

yeah it is definitely a surprise, one that feels never ends, but i'm sure it will.  the vitamins and aminos i take can be found on the health pages of this site under thomas recipe and amino acid protocol.(on top of the page)  Congrats on making the jump.  and we WILL keep on hangin in there!!

HEY you guys has joined the suboxone surprize club SURPRIZE SURPRIZE SURPRIZE, I wish my Dr would have given me some comfort meds and just let me detox from the pain meds, I did it every month anyways for bout a week to 10 days waiting on refills.

Im on day 15 with no sub and damn i didnt think it would be this hard, Ive been going to an addiction specialist Dr. and she didnt inform me that most people do a 1or 2 wek suboxone detox... Ive been on this for almost 1 year! I pay $100 once a month when i go see her and 30 suboxone comes out too $195.00! ya you do the math and its alot of freaking money... I did some research and said Im not going back Im going kick this on my own... Well I havent gone back but I cant tell you how hard this has been mentally and physically(RLS, feeling like got the flu)...No 1 tells you that suboxone is this hard 2 kick do they? Im know what ur going thru and im with ya! what kind of aminos and vitamins do u take? hang in there and i will do the same

after i got off the subs i was so sick- not only did i get a cold but i had bronchitis and had to go to the hospital twice-     lack of sleep? no energy? body changing- who knows... good luck and stick with it!

I tried the melatonin, it helped for a n hour or 2..Better than nothing..Hot cocoa helped too, It got so bad i got some val from my Dr. and ate pieces of it.Not too often though.Cant stand how i feel the next day from that, Missing to much sleep will make you sick in itself, or i should say it does me.Just tears me up and trying to work 50 + hrs mon-fri without sleep. I think not..But ive done it..off and on..

hi I am on day 21 from Tramadol for 4 years then the the Sub program which took 3 weeks to do...Sounds like your doing o k becareful you don't get really sick....Hows your sleep going ...It is my biggest problem i see the bloody sun come up most days   it's ***** got this stuff called Melatonin for sleep today so will try it tonight anyone know anything on Melatonin......The train...Well I was told on the first day there's a light at the end of the tunnell and it's not a train...And i believe that now I didnt the first week   good luck with it...

6mg is alot to jump off of, i quit at 2mg it took a month to get my energy back keep going it will be better b4 you know it Were pulling for you good luck
