24 hours

It has been 24 hours since I took my last lortab (2 years, 6-8 ady).....doing ok but sooooo tired..I slept 11 hours last night and did not want to get out of bed...I am finally off of work and made it to my vacation/what a vacation!  I am having the loosey gooseys and I have a headache...I have take all my vitamins and drank a glass of emergenC..gonna try to go to the grocery store and to the gym...visit my parents..I told them I had the flu and my mom states she has had the stomach stuff too so it fit right in...the headache is the worst part and I feel kinda shakey...Does anyone have a dose of energy that they can send me?  lol

I am going to the gym as soon as I cant my bowels under control....gonna have to take an immodium I think,,,would like to go ahead and get it al out but it will keep me from going anywhere

You are doing great hun, Do try to do as much as you can .Exercise was my saving grace threw WD  .The first two days I just walked .Then I moved on from there the worst of it was over on day three for me . I have always thought it had a lot to do with the exercise . I am so glad you were able to sleep ... That will help you a lot keep it up hun.
