25 days free from sub's!!

I was kind of starting to feel sorry for myself, after giving up sub's. I slowly started to feel better, but I seem to have a very low immune system. In the last week I've had coughs, colds and now have a chest infection. I feel so guilty as I've not been to work the last 3 days and it kills me to let them down, not that I think they believe me!

However after reading some of the stories posted recently I'm being to feel lucky I got off them with some ease and I guess these 'sickness' will go away soon and I'll be healthy once again.

My heart goes out to anyone who is struggling to stop a addiction, I hope you will all over come the demon and stay clean!

I dont know where you are but up here in Canada , its flu season , everyones sick so maybe it has nothing to do with the detox.

Multi Vitamins help with the immune system and some amino acids also help..

Also wanted to say congrats....... and if you wanted to you can get some 'echinacea' from the health food store - its all natural and can help boost your immune system. And if you feel you're not getting all your vitamins by your diet, then a multi vitamin can't hurt also.

Congrats again!
