Ive take klonopin snice Ive been 15 on and off. I been trying to use that to sleep but it seems to have little effect now after detoxing. I have 2mg natta nothing no sleep and ususally that knocks me out when i cant sleep. ( I have never been addicted to klonopin, nor do i abuse it, i have panic attacks so this is not an issue) Why cant i sleep! Why have i lost all of the other with drawls. Why is my klonopin not working. it worked when I was on narco if i need to sleep. Ive been taking ensure, vitimen water and alive for a cold my husband gave me. Yeah, Brian is telling it the way it is..Try not to put expectations on it..Give yourself a couple weeks for it to stabilize..It will, but it takes a little time..It was around the 22nd or 23rd day that I got close to being back to normal....It started improving slightly around the 16th day...

Congrats on 6 days!

If the only symptom you have is insomnia consider yourself lucky! For most, the insomnia, lethargy and anxiety tend to hold on for quite a bit longer. For some it can take up to a month or more before they start sleeping normal again. It took me a little over two weeks before the major insomnia started letting up and it gradually got better from there.

What can really help with the sleep is to exercise during the day. Make sure you are sticking to a decent sleep schedule. Get up at a decent time everyday and go to bed around the same time. When exercising make sure it's physical enough to wear yourself out. Don't exercise too late in the day. Also be sure you're not drinking very much caffeine. If you do consume caffeine make sure you don't drink it after 3 or 4 o'clock.

Just keep taking it a day at a time. You're doing great. It really just comes down to time. It takes time for our bodies to recover and get back to its old self. Hang in there. Your sleep will return to normal.

Best of luck.

Brian
