Hey congrats to you on 9 days! (I think now 10?) You are very fortunate not to have the mental part that badly, as many people say the mental was worse for them then the physical. You should definitely start to feel better now, you've made it through the worst! Be prepared for cravings if they should hit you, don't forget all your reasons for stopping, especially a few weeks or months down the line (that's always been my problem). Good to see appetite is coming back, energy takes some time to come back but slowly each day gets better. If you force yourself to get up and moving all day, it helps a lot for the energy. and it helps naturally produce endorphins for your brain, so it's win win lol. Okay, well, congrats on ten days!! Good for you. I'm tapering, my moods are like a changing radio station. My legs feel like they are on fire. I getting lots of exercise, but my family are telling me how mean i've been. Any advise on how to be nice and withdraw? Good luck to you.
