Yeah... Ill tell you the truth when i went through my Methadone withdrawals i did not do this and it was bad but this time every morning i woke up i would take Ginger Root, 550mg's. Vitamin E 800mg's. Vitamin C 1000mg's. Then i brought a second dose of that to work with me which all of that is really good for you but you kind of need to force your self to eat other wise burping that stuff up is kind of sick, and i know its really hard to eat so eat anything thats soft and i heard staying away from red meat has a major part in withdrawals which sounds odd but i did not eat any this time and tell ya the truth i really think it helps something with the protein in it. I am on day 4 right now and i can eat, go to work just fine, just cant sleep well, and my legs hurt because i cant stop moving them but i can function like a normal person other wise and it feels really nice. There is one other thing I stayed away from that i always use is coffee and energy drinks, lol my anxiety was out the roof as it was :).... Post if you have any other questions....
The first 2 or 3 are the worst after that seems a little better seems like normal old me again...
Seems like you have done very well with the oxy withdrawls ...Normally 5 days and you r good to go...Anything you did or used when you quit to help us others out ?
That will be the last thing to get normal well thats no good I have been taking T-PM just to sleep and even at that i get about 4 hours of sleep each night. Eating seems to be a huge problem as well. So, one more day you say well i sure do hope so, and thank you...
Your doing great, probably one more day...than it will be cake...sleep comes differently to people but that will be the last thing to get normal...keep on keeping on <3
