4th day and can't quit shaking and can't sleep

Still withdrawing off the norco, after the surgury and the suboxone.  I can't do this. Help! My doctor game me 2mg Lorezapam, and halladol? Still only sleeping 2 hours at a time.  When will the sun shine on me.  Please can someone give me hope?

OK Mommie! You are in the thick of it now! Day 4 was the worst for me and I had to go to a church picnic! It was awful but I made it!! I started feeling much better the night of Day 4 and into day 5! You are almost through it and just fight to get through it! Get up and walk outside if you can and breathe fresh air! Drink lots of fluids! Get those toxins out of the body! Sleep when you can! You can do this! Should be better tomorrow! I have faith in you! Fight girl!  HUGS!

Hi mommie,
You can and will do this. Please take a minute and read my post from yesterday. I started just like you. Chills, coughing, sneezing like a madman, aches and pains, stomach issues, RLS, going nuts!!!!! 20 days later im still battling and incident free.
Please be strong and realize your body is adjusting to the abuse. It will try and trick you into writing things like I can't make it, but you can.
Ensure you are drinking all the  fluids, vitamins, vitamin b, ibuprofen, and especially the immodium.
The hardest part is almost over sweetie.
I will pray for extra strength for ya tonite.

You can do this !!!!. Each awful second, minute, hour that passes brings you closer and closer to recovery. It has to run its course, theres no way around it. Today is more than likely the worst. It was for me. Please hang on till the miracle happens. 4-5 days of feeling like crap for a lifetime drug free...it's worth it. Time to take your life back !
